He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Noe and Maude Noe; his children, Linda Sue Noe and Victor Franklin Noe; his siblings, Ethel Mills, Ralph Noe and Rudolph Noe; and his daughter-in-law Donna Noe.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Lou Noe; his children, Kathy Sunderland (Mike), Cynthia Noe, David Noe (Marty), Geoff Noe (Leslie) and Jonny Noe; his sisters, Kathryn O'Neal (Randall) and Patty Cook; his grandchildren, Lance Vaughan, Cristina Peschelt, Rachel Maynard, Keith Noe, Lindsay Chaney, Shannan Keller, Chris Noe, Kayla Baisden, Daniel Sunderland, Vicki Sunderland, Sarah Noe and Taylor Noe; his great grandchildren, Keira, Kyle, Maddy, Luke, Gavin, Mason, Heidi, Zoe, Madison, Peyton, Sophia and Jasper; and his friend Dr. Billy Mullen.
