He is survived by: his wife Polly Butcher; his sons, Richie Adkins and Jaden Butcher; his siblings, Sharon Rose Butcher and Mark Butcher; his grandchildren, Andrew Workman (Tayla) and Leslie Newsome (Chad); his great grandchildren, Zeppelin Adkins, Alexis Toler, Paislee Elkins, Jamison Elkins, Reed Newsome and Hendrix Adkins; his siblings-in-law, Odell Conley (Paulette) and Elaine Adkins; his nephew Rudy Elkins (Sharon); and his close friend Teresa Conley Adkins.
