He was predeceased by : his parents, John Mullins and Maggie Mullins; his granddaughter Tina Denise Ellis; and his mothers-in-law, Holly and Evelyn Sampson.
He is survived by : his wife Nina Mullins; his children, Amanda and Nathan; his stepdaughter Polly; his siblings, Anita and Ira; his cousin Kenny Tomblin; and his aunt Francis Tomblin. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
