He is survived by: his wife Tammy Hensley of Chapmanville; his daughters, Kristi Perkins (Walter) of Charleston and Anna Hensley of Chapmanville; his siblings, Janet Hardwick (George), June Peck (John), James Farley (Kelly) and Fred Hensley (Sherry); his grandchildren, Erin Hensley, Bella Truman and Rachel Perkins; and his mother-in-law Hazel Rowland (Wilmer) of Abington, VA.
