It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sheila Richards of Chapmanville, West Virginia, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on November 15, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James "Ed" Browning and Nawasa Victoria Fillinger; her grandparents, Lewis James and Roma Johnson Fillinger; and her siblings, Betty Jane Browning, John Paul Browning and Samuel Lewis Browning.
She is survived by: her son Roy Clint Richards; her siblings, Linda Lou Thompson (Jack) and James Browning (Mildred); her grandchildren, Kista Butcher and Dakota Butcher; and her cousins, Eugene and Margitta Mazzocchi. She is also survived by "fur babies" and dogs.
