He is survived by: his wife Tammy Wallace; his siblings, Clarence Wallace of Wilkinson, WV, Charles Wallace of North Fork, Brenda Gustafson of Glasgow, KY and Rita Metz of Boling Green, KY; his granddaughter Jami Lynn Arthur; and his daughter-in-law Summer Arthur. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
