He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert James and Ida Grace Rine (Valentine); his wife Dolores Jane Justice of Boone County, WV.; and his siblings, Donald, Doyle, Phillip, Leona DeWitt, Louise Carey, Mary Ireland, Wilma Nestor and Patricia Robinson.
He is survived by: his children, Michael (Fruitland Park) and Donnagail Carr of St. Louis, MO; his granddaughters, Carolyn Rine Adelman (Ian) of Rosenberg, TX, Elizabeth Carr (Washington, DC) and Alicia Carr; and his sister Minnie Fox of New Cumberland, WV. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
