He is survived by: his wife Barbara Mendez; his sons, Tim Mendez (Randilyn) and Mark Mendez; his siblings, Maria Brewer (Roger), Linda Lambert (Robert), Anita Amburgey (Junior), Gloria Chambers (Joe), Diana Mendez, Margarita Shell (Marty), Emelia Spencer, Juanita Lanham (Tim), Marty Mendez and Vince Mendez (Cookie); his sister-in-law Emma Mendez; and his grandchildren, Raelynn Mendez, Dylan Mendez and Kyndal Mendez.
