He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Dolin (Tyler); his siblings, Beverly Jan Toppings (Kevin Venable), Rodney Gene Wiley and Richard Lee Wiley (Kathy Lou); his grandchildren, Mason and Gracelynn Dolin; his nephews, David Toppings, Alvie Lee Wiley, Rodney Lester Wiley and Richard Allen Peyton; his niece Andrea Wiley; and his close friends, Mark and Jeanie Tomblin.
