He was predeceased by: his parents, Bailey Blevins and Junie Blevins; his grandparents, Wilson, Lizzie Blevins, Goldie and Sam Kistner; his brother Russell Blevins; his nieces and nephews, Delores Jean Blevins, Danielle Hensley, Michael Dingess and James Brandon Mullins; and his sister-in-law Geneva Farley Blevins.
He is survived by: his nephew Xayden Watts; his siblings, Sharon Blevins (Kelly McNeely) of Switzer, Betty Hensley (Clifford) of Switzer, Mary Mullins of Switzer, Patricia Dingess of Chapmanville, Roger Blevins (Darlene) of Lick Creek, Bert Blevins (Patricia Cook) and Billy Blevins of Chapmanville; his cousin Greta Maynard; his close friends, Sharon Adkins, Almeda McCloud, Francis Smith, Charles Miller, Bernard Hager, Chuck Adams, Doobie Brewster and Kathy Conley Hensley; and his caregivers, Dr. Waris, Dr. Marzouk, Tracie and Glen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members.
