She is survived by: her pet Hootie; her children, Makayla Zody Conley, Mac Dylan Conley and Patrick Nathaniel Conley; her siblings, Sabrina Lynn Perry, Candi Rae Phillips, Glenna Lambert Thacker, Brian Glen Lambert (Candi) and Chad Phillips; her nieces and nephews, Madison, Skylar, Mitchell, Caydence, Trace, Rian, Gavin, Hadley and Raiden; her mother-in-law Gail Conley; and her siblings-in-law, Paula Conley and Doug Conley. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
