She was predeceased by : her parents, Walter P. Steele and Lela Olive Steele; her husband Kenneth Farmer; her siblings, Walter Steele Jr., John Steele, James Steele, Virginia Hutcherson, Ruby Perry, Patsy Clark and Margaret Flemming; her son Stanley Dean Farmer; and her grandsons, Shawn Michael Farmer and Kippy Lee Farmer.
She is survived by : her sons, Kenny Farmer and Jeff Farmer (Denise); her daughter-in-law Frances Farmer; and her siblings, Frances Carper (Sam), Olivia Vogel and Donald Steele (Audra). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, June 23rd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Morning Star Freewill Baptist Church. A funeral service was held on Monday, June 24th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
