He is survived by: his mother Donya Thomas; his wife Tiffany Noe; his daughters, Victoria Noe (Jayden Rose) and Olivia Noe; his brother Jerry Noe; his parents-in-law, Tommy and Teresa Hurst; his grandmother Imogene Thomas; his sisters-in-law, Samarah Pridemore (Cody) and Miranda Hurst; his close friends, Tim Bigley (Rileigh) and Charly Bond; and his cousin Haley Black (Joe). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Freeman Funeral Home, Inc. (220 Main St, Chapmanville, WV 25508). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
