He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Napier and Martha Napier (Dalton); and his sister Dora Marie Robertson. He is survived by: his sons, Brenden Napier (Tiffany), Christopher Wandless and Franklin Simpkins; his siblings, Perley Napier (Cindy), Roger Lee Napier (LaVonna), Diana Gadley, Jessie Chafin (Richie), Patty Napier and Sharon Caldwell; and his granddaughter Harper Nicole Napier. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.
