She is survived by: her children, Janet Hardwick (George), June Peck (John), Ted Hensley (Tammy), Fred Hensley (Sherry) and James Farley (Kelly); her grandchildren, Rebecca Merrill, Michael Hensley, Danny Ellerman, John Peck Jr., Amy Hall, Tina Peck, Angie Spencer, Elizabeth Farley, Kimberly Terry, Jonathan Hensley, Anna Hensley, Kristi Perkins, Kaylee Farley and James Thomas Farley; her brothers, Glen Caudill (Shirley), Paul Caudill (Kathy), Jerry Caudill (Bonnie) and James Caudill; and her sister-in-law Diana Farley.
