She was predeceased by: her parents, Franklin Workman and Myrtle Mullins Workman; and her former husband Thomas Ferrell Shadd. She is survived by: her husband Alfred Setser; her children, Carolyn Renee Shadd, Loretta Tammy Downey (Eric) and Scotty Thomas Shadd (Tammy); her stepson Earl Setser (Diane); her son-in-law Greg Meade; her grandchildren, Major Thomas Shadd, Chase Meade, Kayla Drake, Matthew Scarberry, Mark Scarberry, Kaitlyn Downey, Zach Downey, Rebekah Downey, Jennifer Downey and Hailey Mullins; her great grandchildren, Sterling, Easton, Trinity, Iris, Noah, Jayse, Liam, Kylan and Teagan; her nephew Phillip Farley; and her cousin Gene Dingess.
