He is survived by: his wife Juanita Tomblin; his sons, Mickey Tomblin and Rickey Tomblin (Patty); his siblings, Eloise Collins, Lois Conley, Elva Stone, Zelma Chapman, Johnny Conley and Monty Conley; his grandchildren, Jason Adkins (Stella), Rickey Tomblin II (Alena), Brandon Tomblin (Melissa) and Alisha Tomblin; his great grandchildren, Zade Tomblin, Rickelle Tomblin, Kayla Adkins, Jayce Adkins and Ryan Adkins; and his great great grandchildren, Kase and Kade Adkins.
