She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeanetta Lambert and Carl Dallas Lambert; her grandparents, Marion, Verdie Vance, William and Alma Adkins; and her parents-in-law, John Paul Toth, Louie Paul Brooks and Joyce Brooks.
She is survived by: her husband John Gregory Toth; her children, Stephanie Rayna Hodges, Terry Allen Hodges and Brandon Allen Hodges; her siblings, Diane Townsend (David), Carl Lambert (Karen Ann), Darrell Lambert (Tonya) and Dallas Lambert (Nicki Goff); her grandchildren, Alexis Hodges, Jailyn Hodges and Gabriella Hodges; and her friends, Teresa Browning, Dinah Lowe and Betty Ellis.
