He is survived by: his wife Rhoda Miller; his son Jerry Scott Sparks; his brother Dean Sparks (Martha) of Chapmanville; his granddaughter Makayla Sparks; and his great grandchild Myrie Gardner of Florida. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
