He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Roosevelt Scites Sr. and Annie Marie Scites; his grandchildren, Brodie Marcum and Theodore Carper; and his parents-in-law, Frank Bush Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Bush.
He is survived by: his wife Teresa Scites; his children, Nicole Carper (Jason), Steven Scites, Kevin Canterbury (Wendy) and Nicholas Scites; his brothers, Daniel "Gene" Scites (Patricia) and Theodore Roosevelt "Sonny" Scites Jr.; his grandchildren, Kevin Canterbury Jr., Damion Canterbury, Kraven Canterbury, Savannah Russell, Zoe Marcum, Nicholas Scites II, Blake Harmon and Weston Carper; and his cousin Sharon Robey Scites Hadder.
