Noe (Miller); his children, Stephanie, Rodney and Kevin; his grandchildren, Chad Michael "Chako" Farley and Kaden Asher Noe; his siblings, Patricia "Poncie" (Robert Buehler), Brenda Gollihue, Frank and James; and his sisters-in-law, Jacqueline Miller, Nina White, Carolyn Miller, Dottie Brewster, Rhoda Sparks, Garnell Miller and Glenda Pennington.
