It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie McNeely of Chapmanville, West Virginia, who passed away on February 16, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucian Chambers and Dicie White Chambers; her husband Virlen McNeely; and her siblings, Roy Chambers, Foster Chambers, Louie Chambers, Naaman Chambers, Edith Ferrell, Mebel McCloud, Edna Maynard and Christie Stevens.
She is survived by: her children, Teena Adams (Bruce) of Chillicothe, OH and Scott McNeely (Cindy) of Belvidere, TN. She is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Shining Light Baptist Church. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
