He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Tomblin; his stepchildren, Patricia Baldwin and Michael Ferrell (Evelyn); his brother Dennis Tomblin; his half-brother Pete Bryant; his grandchildren, Michael Ferrell II, Tiffany Thomas (David), Andrew Ferrell (Alyssa), Tony Ritchie Jr., Destini Delpapa (Cliff) and Candice Shelton; and his great grandchildren, Jayden, Amber, Lauryn, Savannah, Isaac, Dezzirae, Tanner, Landon and Parker.
