He was predeceased by : his parents, Don Jeffrey and Mildred Kimmell Jeffrey; his brothers, Don Jeffrey, Jr., Wayne Jeffrey and Ross Jeffrey; his parents-in-law, Seymour and Ruby Stollings Ellis; and his grandson Cory Matthew Price.
He is survived by : his significant other Mary Kathryn Ellis Jeffrey "Katty"; his daughters, Mary Marlene Jeffrey Price (Jerry Garrett Price, Jr.) and Misti Darlene Jeffrey Phipps (Eric Ray Ellis); his grandchildren, Jonathan Craig Pittman (Brittany Page Gardner), Amanda Kai Price Sizemore and Natalie Brooke Phipps Jones (Hunter Austin Jones); his great grandchildren, Elijah Cory Pittman and Jagger Callum Sizemore; his sister Linda Jeffrey Deel; and his siblings-in-law, Marsha Kay Watts (Kenneth Watts), Barbara Herald, Jackie Pauley and Larry Seymour Ellis (Gloria Bell Ellis). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and lots of extended family.
