He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bryant and Eunice Bryant; his grandparents, Alonzo, Weltha Bryant, Floyd and Bertha Payne Conley; his siblings, Hurtis Bryant and Edith Whittington; his nephews, Jennings Jessie "Bubber" Bryant and Virgil Black Jr.; and his siblings-in-law, Judy Bryant, Linda Maynard (Paul) and Bobby Dixon.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Bryant; his daughters, Branda Maynard (Dallas) and Erica White (Josh); his grandchildren, Hunter White, Dakota Maynard, Austin White, Brynlee Maynard and Morgan White; his siblings, Nancy Casto (Charlie), Retha Black (Virgil), Vellecca Dixon, Teresa Crum (Sherman), Curtis Bryant, Ora Jerry Bryant (Janet) and Mickey Bryant; his close friend Ed Harrison; and his parents-in-law, Alice Farley, Angie Pape (Mike), Regina Ostrom (Scott) and Virgil Farley Jr..
