We are sad to announce that on January 24, 2024, at the age of 89, Darrell Edward McCormick of Chapmanville, West Virginia, born in Yawkey, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred McCormick and Cora Mae Kincaid; his wife Peggy "Mem" McCormick; and his daughters, Sandy McCormick and Donna Vannatter.
He is survived by: his son Charles "Chuck" McCormick; his grandchildren, Tonya Vannatter (Traci Strickland) of Charleston, WV, Sarah Vannatter of Charleston, WV, Nathan McCormick of NorthFork and Nolan McCormick (Kelsey) of Iowa; and his great grandchildren, Ian, Damian and Owen.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hilltop Chapel Freewill Baptist Church.
