She is survived by: her mother Mary Mullins of Peach Creek; her son Trent-Michael Xavier Mullins "Michael Padgett" of Man, WV; her significant other Christopher Nottingham of Logan; her siblings, Cindy Robinson (David) of Chapmanville, Melissa Celmer (Andre) of Indiana, Melinda Jackson of Indiana, Tessa Mullins of Indiana, Tanya Mullins of Indiana, Michael Mullins of Logan and Gregory "Buddy" Mullins Jr. of Indiana; and her cousin Otis Young Jr. of Indiana. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
