It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Connie Vance of Chapmanville, West Virginia, born in Holden, West Virginia, who passed away on May 28, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Tomblin and Sylvia Hensley Smith; her stepfather Kermit Smith; her daughter Melissa Ann Vance; and her brother Dennis Tomblin.
She is survived by: her son Scott Vance (Margaret) of Telford, TN; her sisters, Donna Kirk (Lucian) of Harts and Iris Davison (Larry) of Medina, OH; her granddaughters, Holly and Melissa; and her close friend James Baye Farley.
Due to the CDC and the State's recent mandate on public gatherings, related to COVID-19, only 25 people or less are permitted at the services.
