She is survived by: her husband Teddy Slazo; her children, Matthew, Nicholas Kirk, Nathan and Ashley Slazo; her father David Kirk; her siblings, Joanna Bias, Rachel Miller, Robyn Mitchell, Tiffany Pridemore, Becky Kirk and David; her granddaughter Addalynn Mae Dawn Slazo; her mother-in-law Ruby Slazo; and her siblings-in-law, Cindy Clay, Steve, Eddie and Lanny Slazo. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and extended family and friends.
