He is survived by: his father Michael Toth; his children, Kassidy, Isabella Toth, Chris Toth and Steven Toth; his stepson Johnny Marcum; his brothers, Michael Toth (Kim), Jason Toth (Joyce) and Matthew; and his parents-in-law, Andrew, Michelle Ruggles and George Canterbury. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and friends.
