He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Rollins and Virgie Rollins; his son Timmy Rollins; and his brothers, Frank "Dee" Rollins and James Rollins.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Marie Rollins (Spangler); his son Rod Rollins (Marcie); his daughter-in-law Carol Rollins; his grandchildren, Bethany Rollins, Jacob and Ryan Rollins-Jenkins; his siblings, Johnny Rollins (Brenda), Peggy Palarchio (Leroy) and JoAnn Rollins Green; his great-niece Paige Rollins; his adoptive daughter Dena Wigal; and also Josie Rollins. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
