It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Emmy Miller (Chapmanville, West Virginia), born in Garrett, Kentucky, who passed away on September 15, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Cavins and Getrude Cavins; her siblings, Danny Cavins and Norma Williamson; and her in-laws, Martin and Charlotte Miller.
She is survived by: her husband Martin Lee Miller; her children, Ranelle Hunt (Greg), Michelle Collins (Richard), Mark Miller (Joanne) and Martin Miller (Haileah); her brother David Cavins (Odessa); her grandchildren, Mark Miller (Brittany), Zachary McClung (Lauren), Jordan McClung, Sasha Neece (Ron) and Amber Cline (Randy); and her brother-in-law Clark Williamson. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
