He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Lola Cabell and Grace Waugh; and his father-in-law Freddy Conley. He is survived by: his parents, Donald Cabell and Sandra Cabell of Chapmanville, WV.; his wife Angela Cabell of Chapmanville; his children, Cassie Cabell (Corey Holstein) of Charleston, SC and Scott Cabell (Cat Reckard) of Hurricane, WV; his sister Darlene Maynard (Dale) of Conway, SC; his grandsons, Owen and Rex Luthy; his close friend Brad Belcher; his nephew Dylan Saunders; his cousin Vickie Clendenin; and also Joyce Conley. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
