She was predeceased by : her parents, Damon Spurlock and Irma Lee Spurlock; her son Gregory Allan Spurlock; and her brothers, James Earl Spurlock, Damon Spurlock Jr. and Gary Dale Spurlock.
She is survived by : her sister Linda Disco (Steve); her daughter-in-law Sharlotte Spurlock; her grandchildren, Broden Spurlock and Seth Spurlock; her nieces and nephews, Kimberly Spurlock, Terina Gaal, James Earl Spurlock Jr., Kristina Spurlock, Christopher Spurlock, Steven Spurlock and Jeana White; and her close friend Connie White. She is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
