It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jewell Boothe of Chapmanville, West Virginia, who passed away on April 19, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Millard Wheatley and Sally Wheatley (Craddock); her husbands, Norman Cummings and Kyle Boothe; her grandparents, John, Lula Belle Craddock, William and Miriam Wheatley; and her siblings, Sidney Harold Wheatley and Linda Sue Wheatley.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Cummings of Taylorsville, NC and Alan Lee Cummings of Chapmanville; her sisters, Audrey White of Verdunville and Marilyn Adams (Randy) of Chapmanville; her nieces and nephews, Andrea Hager (Ralph), Randilyn Mendez (Tim), Natalie Farley (Nick) and Dr. Tom White (Vicki); and her close friend Tina Morgan. She is also survived by her family; and a host of friends and neighbors.
