He was predeceased by: his father Brady Herman; his children, Joshua Holbrook Gilkerson and Stephanie Ann Gilkerson; and his brother Danny Gilkerson. He is survived by: his granddaughter Jocelyn Holbrook; and his brothers, David Gilkerson, Sonny Gilkerson and Michael Gilkerson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
