She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Masterson and Louise Masterson; and her siblings, James Clayton Masterson, Raymond Masterson and Wilda Walls.
She is survived by: her children, Wally Billups, Tedd Billups, Russell Fisher and Madra Fisher; and her sister Ruby Beckley. She is also survived by four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
