It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph Mark Bowen of Ceredo, West Virginia, born in Huntington, West Virginia, who passed away on December 3, 2021, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Jerald Bowen and Alice Bowen; his children, Cody Bowen (Kristin) and Olivia Bowen (Collin); his brother Gary Bowen; his niece Amanda Hay (Joe); and his nephew Alex Bowen.
