He was predeceased by: his parents, James Sprouse and Mary Ann Sprouse (Eads). He is survived by: his significant other Timothy R. Hager; his siblings, Suzanne McCown (Roy) of Ohio, Jim Sprouse (Renee) of Texas, Bob Sprouse (Janet) of California, Paul Sprouse (Inger) of New Hampshire and Mike Sprouse (Joan) of Arizona; and his close friend Mickey Newsome. He is also survived by several nieces and many nephews.
