She was predeceased by: her parents, O. E. Marshall and Effie Bickford Marshall; and her grandson Bradley Evans. She is survived by: her husband Don C. Bailey; her children, Sidney J. Wheeler, Jr. (Kathleen), William "Bill" Wheeler (Dorthy), John R. Wheeler (Chantica) and Kathy Patrick (Jack); her grandsons, Brent Evans, Jr., Mason Wheeler, Nathaniel and Jonathan Thompson; her great grandchildren, Connor and Skylar Evans; and her brother Donald "Don" Marshall.
