He was predeceased by: his parents, William Howard and Clista Spaulding Farley; and his brothers, Bill, Frank and Lowell Farley.
He is survived by: his wife Linda M. Talbott Farley; his children, Timothy P. Farley (Jessie) and Jennifer L. Webb (Michael); his grandchildren, Hannah, Mallie, Abbie, Wyatt, Brynlee, Ethan, Mia, Zoe, Chloe, Ady and Max; and his siblings, Everett, Albert, Bob, Steve Farley, June Williamson, Letitia Hovanec and Debbie Farley-Justice. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
