With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jack Hutchison Riggs of Ceredo, West Virginia, who passed away on September 5, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Venice Pratt Riggs and Ernest Riggs. He is survived by: his wife Ann Riggs; his daughters, Natalie Hemann and Donna Riggs Jones; his son-in-law Rick Hemann; his grandchildren, Jared Jones, Jaclyn Jones and Courtney Harmon (Jason Karakehian); and his great grandchildren, Jack and Scottie.
