He was predeceased by: his parents, Ballard McGuire and Fonnie McGuire; his siblings, Glenda Stearns, Dianne Blevins, James and Wayne McGuire; and his former wife Carrie L. Heaberlin McGuire.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Crum-McGuire; his daughter Amanda Lycan (Ray); his sister Theresa Turner; and his stepchildren, Kenneth A. Reynolds (Jenny), Lisa Yeoman (Paul) and J. Todd Crum. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews.
