She was predeceased by: her parents, John Castle and Jean Castle; and her son Jonathon Moore. She is survived by: her husband Jackson Collins; her children, Jettie Adkins of Ceredo, W. Va of Ohio, Patty Horn (Jerry) of Mason County, Allison Renaud (Roger) of Ohio, Joann Plymale (Mike) of Ohio, Doyle Moore (Mary) of Penn and Jack D. Collins of Ceredo; her brother John Castle (Wanda) of Wooster; and her aunt Loretta Walters (Lys) of Huntington. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
