He is survived by: his children, Allen, Scott, Steve Maynard and Cheryl Cole; his grandchildren, Cory, Matthew Maynard, Kelly Cartwright, Amanda Reynolds, Andrea Cole, Amber Nolan, Adriana Harmeyer, Jennifer Kilgore, Brandt Maynard, Allyson Lowe, Craig Maynard and Zander Maynard; his great grandchild Nicole Fields; and his sisters, Kay Brodof and Debbie Kennedy.
