He was predeceased by: his father Howard "Eddie" Shamblen. He is survived by: his wife Sheila Shamblen (Hudnall); his children, Brittany Pauley (Mike) of Kimberly, Matthew Shamblen (Ashley) of Hernshaw and Krista Critchfield (Josh) of East Bank; and his nephews, Eric Shamblen of Monroe County and Elton. He is also survived by 9 grandkids.
