He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Diane Nichols; his parents, Frank Withrow and Mable Withrow; and his siblings, David, Jake, Kenneth Withrow, Patsy and Mildred Quinn.
He is survived by: his siblings, Brenda Schilling and Richard Withrow; his sister-in-law Nancy Withrow; his nephew Eric Withrow (ReKai Withrow); and his great-niece Adleigh Withrow. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
