He was predeceased by: his parents, James S. Rider and Cora P. Pickering Sizemore Rider. He is survived by: his wife Donna L. Dangerfield Sizemore; and his children, Melissa Slate (Steven), Jason Sizemore (Rebecca), Preston Sizemore, Jacob Slate, Kalob Slate and Beckett James Sizemore.
