She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Vandall and Virginia Merrill Vandall; her husband Charles Powell, Jr.; and her son Todd David Powell. She is survived by: her children, Tanya Powell of Parkersburg, Mike Powell (Mary) of Parkland and Mark Powell (Brenda) of Little Hocking, Ohio; and her sister Pauline Cline of Parkersburg. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
