She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Hill-Proctor and Frances Hill-Proctor; her siblings, Ed, Rob, Harold, Avon Proctor, Juanita Ridley, Annabelle Proctor, Regina Hudson and Clara Martin; and her daughter Sharon Green.
She is survived by: her daughter Cathy Ramsey (Nathan); her granddaughter Christina Davidson (Eric); her great grandchild Declan; her son-in-law Randall Green; and her siblings, Dayne Proctor (Charlotte), Wayne Proctor and Rachel Lanham (Frankie).
Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic social Distancing and Face Coverings will be Required at the Funeral Home & Cemetery.
